Job Description:
School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Spanaway, WA | 1.0 FTE | Up to $70/hour Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Spanaway, Washington. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
