About the Role As an Optometric Vision Therapist , you will work one-on-one with patients, providing individualized vision therapy under the direction of a board-certified optometrist. Vision Therapy is often described as physical therapy for the brain-eye connection —and the results can be life-changing. No prior optometry or vision therapy experience is required. We provide all training. This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a Certified Optometric Vision Therapist (COVT) —a specialized, long-term career. Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate. No prior optometry or vision therapy experience required—we provide the training. Training, Growth & Compensation Paid training: About 3 months (25-30 hrs/week) at $17.25/hr Post-training wage: $20.00/hr

Experienced/COVT:
