Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to a carefully managed caseload of 50+ students, with cases thoughtfully divided among team members to ensure manageable travel between school sites Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement individualized treatment plans Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEP processes Support students' motor, sensory, and functional skills in both classroom and individual settings Stay current with best practices and relevant state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
