Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This full-time role offers the chance to enrich young learners' lives across two dynamic school locations. Focused on occupational therapy within a school setting, your expertise will help create a nurturing and effective learning environment for students who need it most. What we're seeking: Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state Experience providing OT services in educational settings (elementary preferred) Strong understanding of IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring Superior communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse student needs Positive, solution-oriented mindset, with flexibility to travel between two close campuses Key responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and document findings Develop and implement targeted intervention plans Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student growth Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communications Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to guide student goals Support school initiatives to promote inclusion and student access This is a chance to make a visible impact, enjoy a well-supported workplace environment, and work with a dedicated team of professionals.
