Qualifications & Required Experience:

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington (or eligibility for licensure) Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and documentation Experience supporting children and adolescents with varying abilities Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Previous experience in school-based therapy is a plus

Position Duties:

Deliver OT services to students in accordance with IEP/504 plans Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
