Location:
Greenfield, WI Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist (CHT preferred) to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy . In this role, you will be employed by DPT while collaborating closely with the renowned physicians and care teams at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital—an organization founded through a partnership between physician owners and Ascension Wisconsin, known for its personalized approach to orthopedic and sports medicine care. Since 2005, Doctors of Physical Therapy has been committed to helping patients achieve faster, long-lasting results through innovative, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify individualized goals and treatment needs Design and implement effective, cost-conscious treatment plans Improve mobility, function, and quality of life while reducing reliance on medications and surgery Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to support recovery and rehabilitation Develop customized wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient Motivate and guide patients to achieve optimal outcomes Promote healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Why Join Us? Skills Proven work experience as an occupational therapist Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice occupational therapy Graduate degree or greater in occupational therapy

3+years (Preferred) New grads that want to pursue a CHT will be considered. Must have Hand Therapy experience.
