Qualifications:
Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Previous experience as an OT in a school setting preferred Passion for working with elementary-aged students Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 35-45 students, primarily elementary Develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success Monitor progress and document outcomes per district standards Promote an inclusive, engaging learning environment
