Lymphedema certification is required for this role. In this position, you will: Evaluate and manage edema impacting ADLs, mobility, and skin integrity Implement skilled interventions including compression, positioning, and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) Reduce risk of complications such as skin breakdown and infection Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff on long-term management strategies This specialization is essential to supporting safe, effective, and holistic care within our interdisciplinary model.
