Travel Occupational Therapist

Category Therapy - Hospital - OT Job Type Travel Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients recovering from illness or injury to help them regain independence in daily living and work activities. This travel position is based in Reedsburg, WI, offering an opportunity to impact patient care in both acute care and nursing home settings.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating and treating patients across acute care, nursing home, and outpatient environments Conducting patient screenings and participating in patient progress meetings Documenting evaluations, progress notes, daily treatment notes, insurance information, and discharge summaries accurately in medical records Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective patient outcomes Performing additional duties as requested

Qualifications and Experience:

Master of Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate preferred National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and valid Wisconsin occupational therapy license with up-to-date continuing education BLS (Basic Life Support) certification mandatory Minimum of 1 year of related occupational therapy experience Valid driver's license required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
