Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled OT services to residents in a skilled nursing setting Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Medicare and facility guidelines Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program SNF or post-acute experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Supportive leadership and team-oriented environment
