Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Nellas | Elkins, WV $36-$45/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Nellas. Work directly with residents to strengthen everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and promote greater independence in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled interventions addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance Help residents develop strategies to improve independence with everyday tasks Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans according to resident progress and needs Recommend adaptive equipment and provide education on safe, effective use Complete thorough and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals What We Offer $36-$45/hour Full-time opportunity Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education opportunities Supportive interdisciplinary therapy environment Diverse rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for career advancement Qualifications Active West Virginia Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required New graduate OTs are encouraged to apply If you're an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping residents regain everyday function and greater independence, we encourage you to apply.
