Job Description

Elevate Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team on a part-time or PRN basis , with the opportunity to increase to full-time as caseload and scheduling needs grow. We are looking for an OT who is passionate about helping clients "Reach their Peak" potential and who values individualized, meaningful therapy. Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred , and we would love to connect with someone who truly enjoys working with children and their families. What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment to clients. Develop and implement functional, goal-oriented treatment plans. Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the therapy team (PT/OT/SLP). Help clients develop skills related to fine motor development, sensory processing, activities of daily living, coordination, and overall functional independence. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate patient records. Provide compassionate, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care. Collaborate with the team to support positive outcomes for each client. What We're Looking For Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of a team. Pediatric experience is preferred. A genuine passion for working with children and families. A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude. Why Join Elevate Therapy Center?
