K-8 School District Join Our School-Based Therapy Team! We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality occupational therapy support services to K-8 students in Surprise, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and collaborative therapy professional who is passionate about helping students develop the skills needed for academic success, independence, and participation in the school environment. Job Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional school skills Assist with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families Participate in consultation and team meetings as needed Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ
IVP FPCC
