Pay:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour, DOE Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Rehab Aide to support our Therapy Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys administrative support and working as part of a collaborative team. This position is non-licensed and focuses primarily on clerical, administrative, and departmental support functions. Responsibilities Assist the Therapy Department with clerical and administrative tasks Maintain therapy records and documentation in an organized and timely manner Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate resident treatment schedules Prepare and organize charts, forms, and therapy-related paperwork Answer phones, relay messages, and assist with departmental communication Track therapy supplies and notify leadership when inventory needs replenishment Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and record management Support therapists and department leadership with special projects as needed Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with HIPAA regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy Why Join Us?
