Schedule:
Friday PM Shift Sunday AM Shift Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to join our team in an unlocked MHRC setting. This role involves providing direct support and supervision to adult clients with mental health conditions, promoting independence, safety, and recovery-oriented care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care, supervision, and support to clients in a residential setting Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, and medication reminders Support and encourage participation in rehabilitation groups and structured activities Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment Monitor client behavior and document observations accurately and timely Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions Conduct routine facility checks and ensure compliance with house rules Communicate effectively with clinical staff and team members regarding client progress or concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred) Prior experience in mental health, residential care, or a related field preferred Knowledge of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check and meet all state licensing requirements
Schedule Details:
Friday PM Shift:
[3:00 PM - 11:00 PM]
Sunday AM Shift:
[7:00 AM - 3:00 PM]
