2 Job Description We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for travel assignments at Diablo Valley Post Acute in Concord, California. There are two openings available for 13-week assignments within the rehabilitation therapy setting. The positions offer 8-hour day shifts and 40 hours per week . One position follows a Monday-Friday schedule , while the second position requires a Tuesday-Saturday schedule . Candidates should be comfortable working a non-traditional weekly schedule as applicable to the position. The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation team and provide occupational therapy services to patients in the post-acute care setting. Responsibilities include supporting patient rehabilitation and functional goals while collaborating with occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the care team. Candidates should have the appropriate COTA credentials and be prepared to work effectively in a structured post-acute rehabilitation environment.
