Starting at $45/HR DOE Pine Creek Care Center is seeking a passionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our supportive and collaborative therapy team. This role plays an essential part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy services. Key Responsibilities (Summary): Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist and physician treatment plans Document daily treatments, progress notes, and required therapy records in compliance with state regulations and payer requirements Communicate patient progress and needs with the interdisciplinary care team Assist with restorative aide training and caregiver education Participate in discharge planning and family education Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area Support in-services and ongoing staff educationQualifications:
