Job Responsibilities:
Patient Treatment:
Deliver patient care per the directives of the overseeing Occupational Therapist and physician treatment plans.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in compliance with OT Board requirements.
Communication:
Foster clear communication with supervisors and healthcare team members concerning patient progress and treatment plans.
Training Support:
Assist the nursing department by training Restorative Aides and educating patient families or staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training.
Discharge Planning:
Actively participate in discharge planning as required.
Equipment Maintenance:
Report any issues with departmental equipment to ensure proper functioning and hygiene in the treatment areas.
Required License or Certification:
