Job Description

We're not a typical clinic. Our patients aren't recovering from routine injuries. Cerebral Health exists for patients with complex neurological injuries. They're dealing with the aftermath of traumatic brain injuries, persistent concussion symptoms, and neurological conditions that haven't responded to conventional care. Many of them have been through multiple providers without getting better. When they get to us, the work we do in each session — every neuro-rehab exercise, every piece of feedback, every moment of support — genuinely matters. We're one of the few clinics in the region offering advanced neurological rehabilitation technology that most practices simply don't have. Our patients find us after exhausting other options. What we offer them is precision diagnostics, evidence-based neurological rehabilitation care, and a team that genuinely knows what they're doing. We take those cases seriously. And we get results. Our team of 14 is collaborative, fast-paced, supportive, and united around a single mission — and that mission has real stakes. Our patients aren't coming to us for routine care. They're coming to us to get their lives back. That means results aren't optional here. They're the whole point. Every person on this team holds themselves to that standard: leading with a learner's heart, bringing compassion to every interaction, going above and beyond for the people in their care, and finding strength in working together. We don't just care about our patients. We are accountable to them. That's the environment you'd be stepping into. The Role You'll work directly with patients through their rehabilitation sessions — administering neurological therapies across vestibular, sensorimotor, and neuromuscular domains under the guidance of our clinical team. You'll learn advanced neuro-rehabilitation techniques and equipment, and you'll be trained continuously as our protocols evolve. You don't need to arrive as an expert. You need to arrive ready to learn, ready to show up fully for patients, and ready to do work that requires both technical precision and genuine human care. You'll also contribute to smooth patient flow, document accurately, participate in team meetings, and support clinic growth initiatives during downtime. In addition to rehab, you'll assist with neurological diagnostic testing — including the Neurorestoration Exam — as part of our comprehensive patient evaluation process. What you'll be doing. Administer neurological rehabilitation therapies across vestibular, sensorimotor, and neuromuscular domains Support patients through treatment sessions with empathy, clear communication, and consistent encouragement Support smooth patient flow and communicate patient needs and feedback to the clinical team Complete accurate SOAP notes and clinical documentation Develop working knowledge of neurological conditions and rehabilitation strategies Engage in ongoing training on protocols, techniques, and clinical outcomes Participate in team meetings and contribute to coordinated patient care Perform and assist with neurological diagnostic testing, including the Neurorestoration Exam, as part of our comprehensive patient evaluation process You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have a bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related field (equivalent experience considered) Are patient-centered by nature — you bring genuine compassion to people who are going through something hard Communicate clearly, stay composed in a dynamic clinical setting, and follow through on what you say you'll do Are eager to develop technical proficiency in neurological rehabilitation and committed to ongoing learning Are comfortable with clinical documentation and adaptable when protocols or patient needs shift
