Immediate Openings for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in Rocklin, CA! Are you a passionate COTA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a supportive school-based team serving students throughout the Rocklin area. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career while helping students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond. Compensation$34-$42+ Per Hour Pay is based on experience, credentials, and assignment details.

Weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options CEU and professional development opportunities Dedicated recruiter support Contract renewal and extension opportunities Consistent school-year schedule Position Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Provide direct services to students in individual and group settings Assist students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills Document student progress and treatment activities Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Support IEP goals and educational outcomes Maintain compliance with district and state requirements California COTA Requirements Qualified candidates must possess: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant License Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Ability to meet all district and state background clearance requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Previous school-based experience Experience supporting pediatric populations Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services Knowledge of sensory integration and fine motor interventions Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Rocklin?
