We're looking for a COTA who wants to be part of a team that values consistency in care, collaboration across disciplines, and building real relationships with the patients you work with every day.

You're part of a team that prioritizes individualized care Therapy is integrated into the broader care team, not siloed You'll work in a setting where progress is visible and meaningful Consistent patient interaction allows you to actually see outcomes over time What you'll be doing: Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist with a focus on patient-specific goals Work directly with patients through therapeutic activities that support mobility, independence, and daily function Track and communicate patient progress with the therapy and nursing teams Educate patients and families so progress continues outside of therapy sessions Maintain clear, timely documentation that reflects patient progress What we're looking for: Active Colorado COTA certification Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or similar settings preferred Someone who is hands-on, observant, and consistent in their approach Strong communication and follow-through with both patients and team members What you'll get: Flexible scheduling (Part-Time / PRN) A therapy team that works closely together and supports each other The ability to build relationships with patients and see the impact of your work If you're looking for a role where you can stay connected to your patients, be part of a collaborative team, and contribute to meaningful progress, we'd love to connect.
