Job Description

Description What We're Searching For Our team is searching for a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our Duval County home health patients. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services and assessments to patients in their homes Guide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care. Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans. Prepare progress notes following visits for patients' charts.
What You Need:
Graduated after successful completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant education program accredited by: The Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA), or its successor organizations. Is eligible to take, or successfully completed, the entry-level certification examination for Occupational Therapy Assistants developed, and administered, by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT) Licensed to practice within the state of Florida Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred. CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
