We are passionate about whole-child care and are expanding our team to meet growing demand! Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, playful, and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with children and families, values creativity in therapy, and enjoys collaborating within a supportive, growing pediatric clinic. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy services Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress (OT applicants) Implement therapy sessions focused on sensory and reflex integration, motor skills, self-regulation, and functional independence Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other providers Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community events
