Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Community Based Rehabilitative Specialist (CBRS) provides interventions designed to build and reinforce functional skills that emphasize recovery for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Work is performed with clients in their home, community, and other settings to teach skill building and provide support.
Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues Provide skill building and prevention-oriented interventions Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Willingness to learn and gain experience with direct service mental health interventions Good written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Willingness to work cooperatively with a mental health team
