Friday Pay:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour Orchard View Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and energetic Rehab Aide to join our therapy team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting therapists, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with non-clinical treatment activities as directed Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions Transport residents safely to and from therapy appointments Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other departmental administrative duties Accurately enter data into PointClickCare and other electronic systems as needed Monitor therapy inventory and notify leadership when supplies need to be reordered Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support outstanding resident outcomes Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a rehabilitation, healthcare, or skilled nursing setting preferred Proficient with basic computer skills, including PointClickCare or similar electronic medical record systems Ability to safely assist with transporting residents and handling therapy equipment Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional resident care Why Join Orchard View Post Acute?
