Rehab Aide Orchard View Post Acute Full Time | Monday through
Friday Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour Orchard View Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and energetic Rehab Aide to join our therapy team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting therapists, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do
  • Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with non-clinical treatment activities as directed
  • Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
  • Transport residents safely to and from therapy appointments
  • Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other departmental administrative duties
  • Accurately enter data into PointClickCare and other electronic systems as needed
  • Monitor therapy inventory and notify leadership when supplies need to be reordered
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support outstanding resident outcomes Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation, healthcare, or skilled nursing setting preferred
  • Proficient with basic computer skills, including PointClickCare or similar electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to safely assist with transporting residents and handling therapy equipment
