Nampa Christian Schools is seeking a Trojan Kids Club (TKC) Aide for our after school program. Reporting Structure This administrative position will report to the TKC Director Position Type This is an hourly, non-exempt position for the summer and school year. Compensation Commensurate with experience.

It is expected that the TKC Aide will … Demonstrate sensitivity toward staff, parent, volunteers, and children, and an ability to interact effectively with them. Develop and maintain rapport with students, parents, and staff by treating others with courtesy, patience, friendliness, dignity, respect, and a good sense of humor. Be a team player.
