Responsibilities include reviewing orders, following the patient's care plan, educating patients and families, documenting visits and assessments, communicating with the healthcare team, and aiding discharge planning. They evaluate patient function, observe treatment reactions, instruct family members, and recommend home safety improvements. Qualifications require an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance, licensure as an
