Our clinical services include advanced MRI imaging, pain management, non-surgical and surgical treatment plans, rheumatology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, wellness, and sports and sports training. Ortho Access walk-in clinics provide same day care for orthopedic injuries. Comprehensive care offered all in one place enables physicians, therapists and staff to work closely together, so that patients and families achieve better outcomes. Collaborative care is also more efficient. In many cases, IBJI services are substantially less expensive than those provided by large healthcare systems and emergency rooms. Job Summary A rehabilitation service technician is under the general technician supervisor and management team at the site of employment. The main objectives of this position is to support the staff with a team-oriented approach in delivering exceptional customer service and care with the goal of improving a patient's overall quality of life. Rehabilitation Service Technicians are responsible for assisting clinicians in delivering quality care with the goal of improving a patient's overall quality of life and function. As a Rehab Technician at IBJI, you'll be a vital member of the orthopedic team, contributing to both clinical care and the overall success of the clinic using expertise in patient treatment and time management. Essential Duties Provide excellent customer service and communication to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.
