This position serves as the first point of contact for patients while also assisting the physical therapy team with patient care and clinic flow. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities for the Front Office Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Send for verification of insurance information and collect copays/payments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate with patients regarding appointments, policies, and forms as well as strong communication with the team on patient updates Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and presentable Physical Therapy Aide Duties Assist physical therapists with patient set-up and flow Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after sessions Clean and sanitize equipment according to clinic protocols Monitor patients during exercises as directed by therapists Stock supplies and maintain an organized treatment area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, or customer service role (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor Basic computer skills (EMR experience a plus) Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day Interest in healthcare or physical therapy is a plus How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
