InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated Rehab Aide / Front Office Support team member to join our rehabilitation team at Patterson Health Center in Anthony, Kansas. This position is primarily a Rehab Aide role, with opportunities to assist our Front Office Coordinator (FOC) as needed. We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants, with the potential for a part-time position to grow into a full-time opportunity. Duties and Responsibilities:
Rehab Aide (Primary Responsibilities) Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment. Support patient care under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate. Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of therapy spaces. Prepare treatment supplies and assist with daily clinic flow. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations. Front Office Support Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Assist with patient scheduling and therapist calendars as needed. Support patient check-in, check-out, and insurance verification. Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines. Assist with general office operations, documentation, and communication with patients and providers. Provide coverage for the Front Office Coordinator, as needed.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Healthcare, customer service, administrative, or therapy support experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
