Job Summary:
The Rehab Aide supports the daily operations of the medical-based fitness (MBF) program, assisting with various tasks including data entry, program setup, participant oversight, and maintaining equipment. The role also involves assisting with participant measurements, tracking progress, and supporting the

program. Occasionally, the Rehab Aide may provide oversight in the Aquatics area when needed. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and safe environment for both staff and participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Participant Support
  • Provide assistance to participants under the supervision of professional staff to ensure safety and promote progress in the MBF program. Operational Support
  • Assist MBF manager with daily duties, including: Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks Ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment Aquatic Oversight
  • Provide supervision of the Aquatics area as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Data Management
  • Assist with the input and extraction of data related to program participants and progress. Attendance and Punctuality
  • Demonstrate reliability by adhering to attendance policies, and arriving on time for scheduled shifts and appointments.
Education and Experience:
Evidence of being able to work as a member of a team, under close supervision and follow instructions needed, and completion of on the job training required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of and/or certification in exercise prescription/principles preferred.
