Full Job Description Supporting Patient Recovery Through Hands-On Care & Team Collaboration What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred; related education may substitute for experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, interdisciplinary environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and support both clinical and administrative functions. Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care. Knowledge of HIPAA and infection-control practices.

What You Will Do:

You will assist licensed therapists in providing patient care and supporting day-to-day rehabilitation operations through hands-on assistance, patient transport, and administrative support. Assist therapists with patient care activities within scope of training. Provide support during therapy sessions including mobility and transfers. Transport patients to and from therapy areas safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Clean and store therapy equipment according to guidelines. Monitor and restock therapy supplies as needed. Answer phones and assist callers or route inquiries appropriately. Assist with scheduling of patient appointments when assigned. Support clerical tasks including filing, copying, and maintaining patient records. Collaborate with therapists and team members to support patient care. Participate in department initiatives and quality improvement efforts. Complete assigned projects and perform all other duties as assigned.
