We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized Therapy Technician to support our therapists and help create an engaging, welcoming environment for the children and families we serve. Prepare treatment rooms, therapy gyms, and sensory spaces before sessions Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areas between sessions Assist therapists with activities, games, exercises, and therapy materials during sessions Organize toys, supplies, and therapy equipment Support therapists with treatment preparation and clinic projects Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Help create a welcoming experience for children and families Manage inventory, administrative forms, and client files Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging clinic environment Qualification & Skills High School Diploma or GED Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Passion for working with children and families Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, move, and engage actively with children throughout the day Basic computer skills About Abilities Pediatric Therapy Services Our mission is to empower children, support families, and help every child reach their fullest potential.
