We're building our per diem therapy team and looking for a licensed COTA to support occupational therapy visits in the Brookline, Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton area — on your schedule, with no visit minimums and no large-agency red tape. Why join our team $75-85 per visit — published rate, no surprises Flexible scheduling — you tell us your available days; we match visits accordingly, no quotas Brookline-based agency — visits concentrated in the Greater Boston area; no driving to the North Shore Direct access to leadership — you'll work directly with our Director of Nursing and supervising OT, not filtered through layers of regional management New agency, ground floor — small team, fast onboarding, real input on how care is delivered Travel time reimbursement between visits Medicare-certified and ACHC-accredited — solid clinical infrastructure from day one What you'll be doing Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions in the patient's home as delegated by and under the supervision of the supervising Occupational Therapist and plan of care Assist patients with ADL retraining, functional mobility, adaptive equipment use, and home safety strategies Complete visit documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and agency policies Communicate patient progress, changes in status, and any clinical concerns to the supervising OT promptly Participate in care coordination with the clinical team as needed What we're looking for Active Massachusetts COTA license (or OTA license) in good standing Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapist assistant program NBCOT certification required (or eligibility) 1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred; strong new grads considered CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level) Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance Available for at least 2-4 visits per week (flexible on timing) We started Boost Home Healthcare - Greater Boston because we believe patients in our community deserve skilled, personalized care at home — and therapy professionals deserve to work for an agency that respects their time and expertise.
