Therapy - COTA SNF/ALF
About the Opportunity We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover . New grads encouraged to apply . What You'll Do Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT Document treatments accurately Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program Active (or pending) state COTA license SNF experience preferred, not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay Guaranteed hours First-day benefits Housing & meals stipends License reimbursement $1,200 CEU allowance 401(k) and disability coverage
