Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (Full-Time) Windsor Mill, MD Up to $65 an hour - Full-time Up to $65 an hour - Full-time •$1,00.00 Hiring Bonus after 90-day Satisfactory Performance Evaluation •Manage daily operations that support and implement our current program objective Develop and maintain clinical records to ensure compliance with COMAR regulations Assess client's individual diagnostic, social, and family needs in order to develop treatment plans, write progress notes and discharge summaries Oversee and advise program staff on various tasks Educate the direct care staff on how to provide rehabilitation services to correlate goals identified in the individual's Rehabilitation plan Reinforce company policies, COMAR regulatory requirements, and other regulatory agency requirements Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity Set goals for the programs and track overall performance Analyze program results and present findings to management Provide strategic vision and strong leadership while directing programs

Qualifications:

Master's Level Mental Health Professional (LCPC, LCSW-C, CPRP, LGPC, LMSW) - REQUIRED

LGPC & LMSW

must have a Supervisor in the State of Maryland Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Children with Special needs Strong behavioral health knowledge Proficient in using Microsoft O365 Experience with ICANotes Organized and detail-oriented Excellent leadership skills 40-hrs a week, minimum 20-hrs Onsite Must be fully
