Are you passionate about helping others and interested in working in a hands-on, active healthcare environment? We're looking for a full-time Rehab Aide to join our dynamic physical therapy team in Okemos, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in patient care, rehabilitation, or physical therapy.
What You'll Do:
As a Rehab Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting both patients and clinicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with exercises and therapy programs under supervision Preparing treatment areas and maintaining a clean, organized clinic Helping therapists with daily patient flow and equipment setup Providing excellent customer service and a welcoming patient experience Supporting administrative or front desk tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in healthcare, and rehabilitation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus (but not required!)
