Job Description
The Rehab Scheduling Assistant provides superior customer service and serves as the first point of contact in the rehabilitation department. Provides scheduling support and coordination of clinic activity through processing physician orders, performing patient scheduling duties, and provides support in carrying out the functions of the department. Supports patient safety practices as appropriate and demonstrates Family Centered Care approach when interacting with patient, families, and coworkers.
