We specialize in providing consistent, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses—whether they live with family, in group homes, or other residential settings. As the needs of the individuals we serve continue to evolve, our organization grows alongside them—meeting new challenges with compassion, dedication, and respect. We are currently seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR). Key Responsibilities As a Qualified Professional, you will: Review completed comprehensive biopsychosocial and functional assessments. Develop and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs). Conduct service reviews and monitor individual progress. Provide clinical supervision and direction to PSR staff. Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, care managers, hospitals, and community providers. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning. Ensure documentation meets Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards. Review daily service notes for quality and compliance. Assist with admissions, transitions, and discharges. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Monitor individual outcomes and identify barriers to recovery. Assist with crisis intervention and problem solving when necessary. Attend required clinical meetings and trainings. Support program census growth through timely referrals and admissions. Qualifications Applicants must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional requirements, including one of the following: Bachelor's degree in a human services field and two years of experience working with individuals with mental illness Applicants must qualify as a Qualified Professional under North Carolina Medicaid requirements Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Community Mental Health Peer Support Care Coordination Crisis Intervention Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care CARF Accreditation Standards Electronic Health Records (EHR) Required Skills Successful candidates demonstrate: Excellent documentation skills Strong organizational abilities Leadership and coaching skills Effective communication Time management Critical thinking Clinical judgment Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Strong interpersonal skills Professionalism and accountability Schedule Minimum 30 hours per week Monday through Friday Day shift Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Competitive hourly compensation Paid Holidays (if eligible) Paid Time Off (based on employment status) Professional Development Opportunities Continuing Education Support Supportive Leadership Team Positive Work Environment Opportunities for
