Position Summary Nye Therapy Wellness is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Therapy Support Technician to support our rehabilitation and therapy teams in delivering exceptional care and service to residents and patients. This role assists therapists and therapy staff with treatment preparation, resident transportation, equipment organization, and departmental support activities while helping create a positive and engaging therapy experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and passionate about helping others improve their quality of life in a senior living and healthcare environment. Essential Duties Responsibilities Assist therapy staff with preparing treatment areas and therapy equipment Transport residents and patients safely to and from therapy sessions Clean, sanitize, and organize therapy equipment and treatment spaces according to infection prevention standards Support therapists with non-clinical tasks during therapy sessions as directed Monitor and maintain inventory of therapy supplies and notify leadership when items need restocking Assist with scheduling coordination and resident flow throughout the therapy department Encourage and engage residents in a positive, respectful, and supportive manner Observe and report resident concerns, changes, or safety issues to licensed staff promptly Maintain accurate documentation and logs as required Follow all safety, HIPAA, confidentiality, and infection prevention policies and procedures Support the therapy team with departmental projects and daily operational needs Demonstrate Nye Health Services' Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous healthcare, therapy, customer service, hospitality, or senior living experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Compassionate and service-oriented mindset Basic computer and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move frequently throughout the shift Ability to safely push wheelchairs and transport equipment Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Ability to respond quickly in emergency or resident-assist situations Why Join Nye Health Services?
