Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist (OTR) Assist patients in improving mobility, independence, and activities of daily living Document treatments accurately and timely Monitor and report patient progress Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team Support a positive, patient-centered therapy culture Qualifications Active COTA license Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before hire) Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and patient care skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to safely assist with patient mobility and transfers Why Join Desert Willow?
