Fee-for-service Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist In this role, you'll empower children and youth to thrive—at home, in school, and in their communities. As a PSR Specialist, you'll provide hands-on support and skill-building to help them grow, cope, and succeed with minimal ongoing intervention.
What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with children and adolescents in their homes and communities Teach and reinforce social, emotional, and daily living skills Provide support in managing challenges that affect a child or adolescent's well-being and independence Help children rebuild essential social skills - communication, interpersonal skills, social etiquette and emotional regulation - to support developmentally appropriate functioning Keep accurate, timely documentation of services
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) 2+ years' experience in children's mental health, addiction, or foster care Flexibility to conduct home visits (evenings or weekends preferred) Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to connect with diverse cultural and social groups Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Why Join Us?
