Rehabilitation Aide / Physical Therapy Aide Ragon Chiropractic Health Center Green/Uniontown, Ohio Ragon Chiropractic Health Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused Rehabilitation Aide / Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. Our office combines chiropractic care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and medical services with a focus on helping patients improve mobility, recover from injuries, return to sports and activities, and achieve their health goals. Position Overview The Rehabilitation Aide works closely with our Chiropractors & Physical Therapists to help keep the rehabilitation department running efficiently while creating an excellent experience for our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, chiropractic, exercise science, athletic training, kinesiology, sports medicine, or another healthcare profession who wants hands-on experience in a busy clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist Chiropractors & Physical Therapists with patient flow and treatment preparation Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after patient visits Guide patients through provider-directed exercises and rehabilitation activities as permitted Clean and maintain rehabilitation equipment and treatment areas Help patients transition between exercises, equipment, and treatment areas Assist with setting up therapeutic modalities and equipment as directed Maintain an organized, clean, and professional rehabilitation area Help monitor schedules and keep patient visits moving efficiently Communicate with Physical Therapists and staff regarding patient needs Assist with basic administrative or scheduling duties when needed Provide a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every patient Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working directly with patients Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Interested in rehabilitation, exercise, sports, or healthcare Comfortable demonstrating and assisting with exercises Organized and attentive to detail Able to take direction and work as part of a team Comfortable being on their feet and active throughout the workday A strong communicator with excellent customer-service skills Preferred Background Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required .
