Led by Dr. Amber Aiken, our office is dedicated to creating a welcoming, affirming, and healing environment for every body. So, What are we looking for? We 're looking for a compassionate and motivated Rehab Specialist to join our wellness team! In this role, you'll work directly with Patients to guide them through customized stretching and strengthening exercises designed to support Chiropractic care, improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote long-term recovery. What you can expect:
Perform specific stretches and strengthening exercises with patients prescribed by our Chiropractor, making sure the patient is performing the exercises properly. Effectively communicating to the patients and correcting their posture when it is needed during stretches and exercises. Keeping a soft and light conversation going during exercises. Place patients on our Therastim machine as well as removing patients from our Therastim machine. During down time, our rehab specialist is responsible for light cleaning tasks like mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down common surfaces, and stocking bathrooms. During down time, our rehab specialist is responsible for keeping track of inventory such as cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, stim pads, and letting the front desk representative know what needs ordered BEFORE it needs ordered. Requirements High school Diploma or GED Experience in rehabilitation is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages . Ability to bend, squat, stand, and sit for 15-30 minutes at a time. We're excited to grow our team with passionate and empathetic individuals who share our commitment to inclusive, hands-on healing.
