Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical Network) is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a full-time Memory Care Coordinator (COTA) to oversee resident programming, therapeutic activities, caregiver collaboration, and daily memory care support within a skilled nursing environment in the Beaver Falls, PA.
