PTA/COTA

Concordia has an exciting opportunity for licensed therapy assistants to join our Rehabilitative team at our newest location: Concordia at SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA. If you are a dedicated and compassionate PTA or COTA, we would love to welcome you to our team! We have Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities!

PTAs and COTAs deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities - supporting our residents' and short-term rehab patients' recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of PTAs and COTAs:

Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life Submits timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania. New graduates welcome to apply. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred. Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
