PSR Specialist - Make a Difference Beyond the Therapy Room Carrousel Therapy Center Corp. | Kissimmee, FL Do you have a passion for helping others build confidence, independence, and real-life success? We are seeking a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist to work directly with individuals living with mental health challenges. In this role, you'll help clients turn the skills they learn in therapy into meaningful daily achievements at home, in the community, and in their school or workplace. What You'll Do Teach daily living skills such as budgeting, hygiene, organization, and time management Coach social and communication skills Support community involvement and independence Assist with employment and educational goals Reinforce coping skills, recovery strategies, and treatment plan objectives Provide hands-on, side-by-side support in real-world settings We're Looking For Someone Who Is ✔ Compassionate and patient ✔ Motivated to empower others ✔ Organized and dependable ✔ Comfortable working in community environments ✔ Passionate about mental health and recovery Qualifications Bachelor degree Behavioral health, social services, or community support experience (preferred) Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus This position requires successful completion of a Florida Level 2 Background Screening through the AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
