Enjoy local festivals, parks, and historic sites — a great place to work, live, and build a rewarding therapy career. ➡️ Responsibilities Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions Assist residents with ambulation as directed Prepare and organize treatment areas, equipment, and supplies Support the Director of Rehab as needed Assist therapists/assistants with scheduling residents Support telehealth therapy sessions Participate in non-skilled treatment activities under direct supervision Maintain sanitation schedule for therapy equipment Keep equipment and supply storage areas organized Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, copying, and shredding Monitor and maintain adequate supplies Obtain physician signatures for therapy plans of care within required timelines File therapy documentation accurately and promptly Protect resident confidentiality and respect resident rights Meet deadlines and maintain efficient daily workflow Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and healthcare team members Collaborate with team members to resolve concerns and problem-solve Ask questions and seek guidance appropriately Request and receive feedback when needed Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation immediately Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility policies ✔️ Qualifications Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtained during orientation) Professional, reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of licensed therapists Strong computer skills a must Active Drivers license in good standing ➡️ Benefits Competitive Pay Daily Pay Option Medical, Dental, Vision Short- & Long-Term Disability Ancillary Insurance Options FSA PTO + Free Birthday Holiday + Holiday Bonus Pay Free Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match ✅ Be part of something meaningful.
