(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement for career advancement Advancement opportunities across our SC network Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. This role plays a key part in helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist Follow physician treatment plans and established care goals Document daily treatments, weekly progress notes, and all required therapy records Communicate patient progress and concerns with the interdisciplinary team Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education Train nursing staff and restorative aides as needed Participate in facility in-service training programs Maintain clean and safe treatment areas and equipment Ensure compliance with all state practice acts and regulatory standards Qualifications Current COTA license in South Carolina (required, in good standing) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Knowledge of PointClickCare and Casamba preferred Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
